Yahoo! UK News Message Boards – Education – Pregnant at 11 – what should change?
i must say i'd blame the parents not the government nor the teachers at school. the parents need 'parenting class' to teach them how to bring up a child especially a girl. i cant imagine how the so-called 'cool-and-opened-minded-parents' are so stupid to allow their daughter to experience adultery in young age. EDUCATE THE STUPID PARENTS SO THAT THE CHILD WILL BE EDUCATED.
