What childbirth preparation video is best recommended? It will be replacing Lamaze classes.?
I am not taking Lamaze classes due to the fact that my husbands in the military so I’m forced to give birth at the naval hospital due to Tricare and it’s a 40 minute drive to the hospital, and with classes 3X a week it seems unreasonable so I want to make sure I can find a great childbirth preparation DVD that will fully replace a Lamaze class I want to find a great one that covers all bases. Any recommendations?
