Write it yourself. There’s nothing magical about hypnosis, it’s all about putting yourself into a suggestible trance and implanting the message.
If this isn’t doing it for you, you’re either asking too much of the hypnotic message or you’re working on an invalid understanding of your internal needs and motivations.
Either way, some quality self-reflection sounds in order.

Does hypnosis work really?
My question is clear I think: Does hypnosis work? I’m interested in hypnosis for a while now, but i had no own experiences so far. So I’m still not sure if I should believe in hypnosis. Did you have hypnotic experiences yourself or do you maybe know a free audio hypnosis or a script so I can try it myself?

I think it works, but as I often said, it’s up to you. Nobody can be hypnotized against his will. If you want to try a light hypnosis check Youtube or this link : http://www.determineyourlife.net/wordpress/free-audio-hypnosis-download/ , it’s a free relax hypnosis which I think is really good, at least if you want to to clear your mind and feel how hypnosis feels.
